Envision was retained by Ellis Don to complete the strategy, design, fabrication and installation of the entire interior signage system, including a state of the art digital donor wall, for the New Oakville Hospital, a new build, 1.6-million-square-foot, 447-bed state-of-the-art medical facility in Ontario, Canada.
Envision delivered an elegant, timeless signage system that complemented the overall hospital design aesthetic that was created by principal architects, Parkin and Adamson Associates. The signage was delivered on time, on budget and to great acclaim from all stakeholders. Envision also designed, built and installed the feature donor wall in the main gathering space of the hospital, and created a multi-functional signage database to control ongoing signage operations at the hospital.
What are clients saying
“We would like to thank Envision for delivering a comprehensive, elegant signage package for the New Oakville Hospital. From design to installation, the process was clearly defined, organized and efficient. The wayfinding design is very effective, and the donor wall design in the main lobby surpasses our client’s expectations.“Anne Pugh

With the understanding that people give to the Foundation in many ways, our team created a vibrant digital donor wall — the first of its kind on the Greater Toronto Area — that offered the Foundation flexibility to recognize major gift donors with a permanent fixture, and to profile donors and volunteers through a searchable interactive screen.
Through a content management system (CMS), the colorful, large – scale digital canvas also offers the Foundation a visual storytelling component, so that visitors can see and hear the direct impact that donors have on physicians, staff and most important, the patients at Humber River.
